Owned and operated by Karoku LLC, referred to here as Karoku, this website and e-commerce store provide information, products, and services strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. Your access to this website signifies your acceptance of the stated terms and conditions.
Delivery
We store necessary delivery details like the customer's name, address, and contact number, but other personal identifiable information is not retained.
Our goal is to dispatch most orders within 14 days if stocks are available. However, for many items, artisans starts production process once orders are received. In such case, we will provide estimated time for dispatchment for each product. In case of significant delays or stock shortages, we will inform you via email or phone provided through ordering process.
We dispatch orders to the UAE directly from Japan using Japan Post in partnership with Emirates Post. All shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), meaning any duties and taxes in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
If delivery is refused, or if you're unavailable for receipt despite the courier's reasonable efforts, the item will be returned to Karoku. In such cases, you will bear the cost of unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping fees.
Karoku offers free shipping for all deliveries within the UAE.
