Custom requirements for your delivery

In relation to customs processes your local courier (Emirates Post), may contact you via phone or SMS ahead of your order's delivery.

For customs compliance, you may be required to pay custom duties at delivery, according to the UAE policy. For more detail, refer to Terms and Conditions page.

Identification can be authenticated by presenting a government-issued ID card. In the absence of a government-issued identity card, your passport is acceptable for identity verification.

Receiving your purchase

Rest assured, your purchase is secure until it reaches you, insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. After delivery to your specified address, the insurance coverage ends. If you are unable to receive the delivery, kindly rearrange it following the instructions provided by the local carrier.
