Return

Upon receiving your order, please unbox it immediately to inspect the condition of the item(s). If you desire a refund for any damages during transit, inform us within 2 business days of receipt by email at info@karoku.ae quoting your Order Number, the description of the damage and an image.

Please note that returns for the following items are not accepted under any circumstances:

  • Customized or personalized products,
  • Products acquired during a limited-time promotion
  • Pre-ordered products

Furthermore, once an order is placed, we are unable to accommodate return requests due to personal reasons or preferences of the customer.

Items should be sent back unused, with all labels (if any) still attached and in their complete original packaging. Any returns that don't comply with Our Policy (No.4 under Returns & Exchange) will be returned to you.

Exchange

We provide exchanges for the same item in an alternative color, if available, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests can be accepted within 14 days from the date the item was received.

Refund

You will receive your refund back to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that refunds might take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, depending on the processing times of different payment providers.

Refunds do not cover the shipping expenses incurred during the return process.

Customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable via Karoku, but you might be able to reclaim them by reaching out to your local customs office or through a customs broker.

Our Policy

Products must be returned in a new, unused state, and in perfect condition with all protective materials, including packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards/dust bags.

We retain the right to refuse a return if the product appears used, altered from its original condition, or if integral parts of the product are missing. In such cases, we may reduce the refund or exchange value.

Examples of these circumstances include products that have been used, damaged, washed, or are missing important packaging components.
